According to legal regulations, consumers who conclude a transaction in online trading have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there are exceptions for goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection by the consumer is decisive.

Since we do not sell from stock, but make each part individually with the selected item of clothing and design when ordered (so-called "print-on-demand", i.e. print to order"), it is a matter of "garments finished according to the consumer's choice".

The statutory warranty is excluded from this.

Nevertheless, in certain cases, a right of exchange can be granted as a gesture of goodwill.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Write an email to info@2shades-clothing.com with the following information:

  • - Order number
  • - Article
  • - Reason for return
  • - Pictures of the defect

Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

  • gift vouchers
  • Opened Cosmetics

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of wear
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Promotional Item (if applicable)
Refunds can only be given for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@2shades-clothing.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by e-mail.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
